Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Casual Sports Coaches. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering after-school clubs and wrap-around care sessions in schools.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver fun and engaging sports sessions for primary age children
Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants.
Assist with the setup and cleanup of equipment and facilities.
Maintain positive communication with school staff, parents, and participants.
Encourage and motivate children to stay active and enjoy physical activity.
Adapt activities to cater to different skill levels and abilities.
Provide supervision and care during wraparound care sessions, including snack time and homework assistance.

Requirements:

Previous experience coaching or working with children in a sports or recreational setting.
A passion for sports and physical activity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliability and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR (preferred).
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (preferred).

Working Hours:

This is a casual position, and working hours will vary based on the demand of after-school clubs and wrap-around care sessions.

Flexibility is essential, and work may be available on weekdays during school terms.
