Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner - REF 53640I am thrilled to be representing a national client with over one dozen firms throughout the midlands who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to their expanding team.
To be considered for this role you need to have a minimum of 1 years' experience assisting on a variety of Residential Matters, you will be required to be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, CILEX Qualified or CLC, targe driven and IT literate and anunderstanding of the following;

Sales & Purchase
Remortgaging
Transfers of equity
Right to Buy
Shared Ownership
Lease Extension

The firm is looking for someone with past experience of assisting on a busy case load with mínimal supervision, while offering a very competitive salary.
