We deliver services to clients and the public 24/7/365.

Core services include repair, maintenance, construction and installation of utility and infrastructure assets. We provide traffic management through our sister businesses; Go Traffic Management and Capital Traffic Management. Vegetation management and tree cutting activities are provided through EOS Contracting.

Our Role
As a Trainee Utilities Scheduler, you will be fully trained to effectively plan and coordinate the Company's work.

You will learn to do this through communication with internal and external customers, as well as the management of the business and client database systems, which you will be given full training on.

This role is working on a shift pattern.

This will be on a 2-week rotation where week 1 will see you work Monday to Saturday (with a day off during the week in lieu for the Saturday).

This will be working from 8am to 4.30pm. Week 2 will see you working from Monday to Friday. This will be working from 12pm to 8pm.


Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to:

  • Coordinate the work from receipt, through to job completion
  • Schedule work orders, whilst optimising travel routes and increasing productivity
  • Provide customer service to both internal and external customers via telephone and webchat
  • Maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information into the works management systems, for which full training will be given
  • Ensure that all the client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved to both external and internal customers, providing excellent customer satisfaction every time

Experience and Qualifications

  • This is an entry level role therefore we do not require any previous experience in such a role
  • Experience in customer service or coordinator roles have a lot of transferable skills
  • We look for great communication skills, a natural ability to plan and organise, good administration skills and the resilience to work under time pressures
