As a Receptionist at our Wandsworth campus, you will be responsible for staffing the front of house reception and for providing the first point of contact for all visitors, students and staff to the College, delivering excellent customer service.

You willensure that all visitors to the College receive a welcoming and responsive reception and take responsibility for receiving and distributing all incoming and outgoing post for the centre as well as being the petty cash holder.


We'd like you to have experience of working in a customer focused environment, including providing a high quality courteous, informative and responsive service to customers.

You will be computer literate with accurate keyboard and data inputting skills andbe able to work accurately under pressure, adhering to strict deadlines.

With excellent oral and written communication skills, you will be able to work effectively with a range of staff and be able to comply with and work to centralised procedures in a complexenvironment.


Interviews to be held 30th / 31st March 2023
