The Software Workflows Specialist will support the generation of software sales through workflow solutions and negotiating complex transactions, driving revenue and order growth within the territory.

This role will support existing customers, new customer acquisition, cross-selling to existing customers and working with distribution channels to drive SCIEX OS software sales.

In this role, you will continually develop your business and commercial skills, whilst building upon your technical and scientific knowledge.


This position is part of the EMEA Sales Team and will be located remotely within the West Europe Sales region (which includes UK, Ireland, Nordics, France, Belgium & Netherlands)_ covering the territory, West Europe.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with the commercial sales team to drive standalone software sales and upgrades.
  • Leverage your expertise to improve winrate in the software sales business.
  • Prepare and deliver customer demonstrations on SCIEX LC-MS/MS software.
  • Maintain the latest information on key workflows and market trends.
  • Develop your collaborative skillset by working alongside crossfunctional teams and through customers collaborations.
  • Contribute to strategic business planning and regional development and growth plans
  • Collect Voice of Customer (VOC) and feedback to the organization.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Higher degree in Life Sciences.
  • Technical experience in LC-MS/MS and operating system software.
  • Commercial mindset with a resultsoriented drive.
  • Highly selfmotivated, team player with strong presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 60%).
  • Fluent in English.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Technical experience using SCIEX LC-MS/MS operating systems.
  • Sales Experience.
  • Experience working within a GXP environment and/or software validation/compliance.
