We are excited to offer an opportunity for an adminstrator to join the Rough Sleeper team on a 12 month contract.

The post holder will work alongside the business support officer to develop and provide quality administrative services to the rough sleeper team and Adult Community Mental Health Services.

Ensuring compliance in all areas through the monitoring of performance against identified key performance indicators.


To meet the needs of the service, there may be occasions when the post holder may be required to work in other administrative areas where appropriate as directed by the line manager.

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Support Officer in the retrieval of information in relation to key performance indicators
  • To accurately maintain and keep secure patient health and staff records/systems in line with policy and standard operating procedure, to ensure data quality, confidentiality and compliance with the current Data Protection Law.
  • Provide a full range of office support systems including photocopying and scanning.
  • Collate and input data in a timely manner into both manual and electronic systems.
  • To interpret simple spreadsheets, have a good eye for detail and be able to spot data errors.
  • Prioritise own workload and meet deadlines in order to meet the requirements of the post.
  • Input or extract data, as required, into/from nonclinical data systems (such as ESR, Erostering) and clinical data systems including RIO
  • To work within clear guidelines and processes but will have some limited autonomy to plan and prioritise own work
  • Liaise and communicate with a range of employees, managers and Team Leaders and other agencies with a professional and sensitive approach using a variety of communication and customer service methods
