The key responsibilities of a
Payroll and Reward Business Partner
will include, but may not be limited to;
- Close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead the development of effect pay and reward places, processes, and strategies
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership team to provide specialist pay and reward advice
- Drive the effective delivery of the reward policies and practices
- Effective analysis to inform pay and reward objectives
- Ensure the delivery of pay pension and reward strategies
- Design pay structure and pay progression arrangements
- Manage and monitor the effectiveness of contracts
- Lead on consultation or negotiation on pay and reward where necessary
The Successful Applicant:
- Educated to degree level or relevant profession
- Three years or more background within Payroll and Reward role
- Ability to deal and resolve difficult and sensitive situations in a diplomatic manner
- Ability to write and implement policy/procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation, planning and management skills
- Ability to include work stream, delegation, budget, performance, and project management
- To manage and influence opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ability to commute to Wilmslow
- Public Sector and Government background desirable
