Lead the creation and delivery of the 35 year SMARTY Strategy utilising competitor analysis, research and benchmarking for the generation of insights and recommendations that feed the Strategy and Plan.
Plan, direct and coordinate activities to manage and implement all change E2E across SMARTY from initiation to final operational stage.
Take ownership of the end to end delivery roadmap.
Work hand in hand with the SMARTY leadership team to review improve and streamline ways of working across SMARTY to ensure effective and efficient delivery of change and improvement across the business.
Exploring new opportunities to grow our share of target segments. Helping to differentiate the SMARTY customer offer and build strength in the brand.
Develop the proposition concept, focusing on the customer insight and commercial opportunity.
Build out the concept fully and pull together the proposition story. Determine the story via customer insight, defining the business case and ensuring the technical specification is defined.
Build a 618 month roadmap for new propositions with a clear articulation of priorities and the hierarchy as to how they fit together to enhance the customer offer.
Working closely with the SMARTY leadership team to ensure the proposition roadmap aligns to the broader Commercial, Brand and Experience thinking around the customer offer.
