  • This Retail Property Project Manager role is ideal for an individual who wants to progress their career in a rapidly expanding entrepreneurial start up environment with huge global ambitions
  • 3 days in the office in Central London and 2 days from home

The role:

  • As Retail Property Project Manager you will lead the roll out of 100+ sites across UK, Europe and USA.
  • The Retail Property Project Manager will work with external 3rd parties, legal, design and the construction teams managing multiple projects across timescales, resources and communication and ultimately ensure that all projects are implemented to plan,on time and on budget
  • Working across senior stakeholders in multiple countries you will also engage with franchise partners to ensure project plans are delivered to schedule
  • The Retail Property Project Manager will own the project management of new ways of working as the business grows rapidly
  • This Retail Property Project Manager is ideal for an individual who has traditional and start up project management experience this could be in retail, leisure, hospitality.
  • Ideally you will currently be working in a high growth proposition and will be comfortable with rapid growth and change
  • The Retail Property Project Manager will thrive in a fastpaced environment and will have excellent attention to detail
  • The Retail Property Project Manager must have operated at a senior level and be comfortable with ownership and accountability
  • Having a cando attitude theRetail Property Project Manager will have high standards and will be able to adapt as the business grows
  • Ideally you will have international role out experience
