Our incredible team is a blend of passionate staff and volunteers who champion diversity, inclusivity, and understanding. We hail from diverse walks of life, forming a vibrant community of change-makers.

Our ultimate goal? To amplify awareness of LGBTQ+ matters and advocate for the rights that ensure equal lives for all.


With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all.

Your Role
Pride in London is seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Director to lead our marketing team.


As the Creative Director, you will lead the creative and design vision for Pride in London, ensuring all visual elements reflect and celebrate diversity, inclusivity, and empowerment within the LGBTQ+ community.

This includes working closely with creative and marketing agencies to ensure constancy across campaigns and creative outputs. Practical experience in design and creative thinking is essential.


Your Team


You'll be joining a fast-growing production team who are responsible for overseeing and producing marketing content for Pride in London.


Your Responsibilities**- Develop and lead the overall creative vision for Pride in London's marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values.

  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, communications, and production companies, to create cohesive and compelling campaigns.
  • Provide creative direction for diverse projects, including print and digital materials, social media content, video production, and event branding.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Pride in London's creative vision in external partnerships and collaborations.

What you'll bring to Pride in London

  • Proven experience in a senior role, preferably within LGBTQ+ focused work.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful, impactful, and inclusive campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and guiding all areas of the creative and design process to ensure consistency across all areas of creative comms and external agencies/marketers.
  • Indepth knowledge of design principles, marketing trends, and LGBTQ+ culture.
