_Are you searching for your next opportunity to lead a team and make a difference__? This could be the role for you_**As a Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting operational teams with all aspects of the day-to-day running of services as well as the line management of team members. The role is based in our Durham Complex Needs Service where we provide supported accommodation, group work and triage services to people with complex needs in the County Durham area.


You'll be the first point of contact for the team, providing them with regular supervision, as well as and representing Foundation at meetings and other forums.

You'll also be there to deputise for Project managers when needed.

**So, do you have: - The people skills to build and maintain strong and supportive relationships with all stakeholders

  • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
  • The desire to lead on processes including recruitment, complaints handling, and performance monitoring of service delivery
  • Have access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driving licence
