Admin Team Lead
We are currently looking to recruit an Admin Team Lead to join our team
This would suit:
- Someone who has experience working in a General Practice Administration and is looking for the next challenge
- Someone who has previous supervisory experience in an alternative busy environment with transferrable skills
As Admin Team Lead:
You will report to the assistant Manager and be directly responsibility for leading and managing background office administration.
You will work alongside the admin team covering core reception hours and also assist in ensuring that the reception office is run smoothly.
Excellent communication, IT & organisational skills with a great attention to detail are essential.Core Duties include:
- Managing office administration
- Developing the data admin team
- Point of contact for the clinical team
- Protocols, Audits, Health & Safety
- IT & communications support for the Practice Team
- Patient liaison in the absence of the Management Partner
- Reception cover will make up the majority of the hours, with the variable hours covering holidays
