The role

Due to company growth we are looking for a talented Consultant or Senior Consultant focused on Internal Communications campaigns to work with our fabulous clients to create tangible business impact through outstanding internal campaigns.

As a Consultant focused on behaviour change programmes, you'll work with major blue-chip clients like Barclays, BP, Tesco, McDonalds and many others.

You will work in an advisory capacity as the lead consultant for clients, designing and implementing innovative solutions which meet their needs and drive sustainable impact.

You will lead a delivery team on projects that cover end to end delivery for communication campaigns, from scoping and insight, to creative concept design, delivery and evaluation.

They can range from embedding Purpose and Values, EVP and culture change programmes, to more focussed campaigns such as Health and safety or Inclusion.

You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in communications audits, Internal Comms strategies and running employee research programmes.

Our continuous growth is built on building great relationships with our clients, so you'll be responsible for developing effective relationships with your clients - likely to be HR & Engagement professionals - who see you as their trusted advisor.

What you'll be doing:

This is a varied and interesting role including:

Leading client projects, working with our talented team of data scientists, analysts, writers, designers and project managers
Shaping, designing and executing a range of solutions for clients based on your understanding of their specific needs
Pitching new ideas and proposals to new and existing clients to support our business growth
Working as the Account Manager/Director for specific clients, addressing challenges, influencing client behaviour and ultimately purchasing decisions
