H&S and Customer Coordinator
Salary:
£25,000-27,000 dependant on experience

Office Angels are proudly working with a construction business in their eighth decade to recruit for an experienced administrator to support their H&S and Customer Care departments.
The role:
- Provide administrative support to H&S department
- Update RAMS with details for new jobs
- Arrange H&S training for colleagues
- Ensure necessary documents and training are kept up to date
- Arrange necessary documentation for new starters
- Provide general admin support to colleagues where needed
- Take incoming calls and direct as required
- Take responsibility for incoming customer calls
- Arrange customer appointments
To be successful, you will:
- Have an outgoing and tenacious personality
- Able to manage an everchanging workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Have excellent organisational skills
- A background in construction is preferred
- Knowledge of H&S policy is preferred but not essential
In return, you will be entitled to:
- An annual salary of £25,000-27,000 depending on experience
- Working hours of Monday to Friday 08:0016:30
