Salary:
£25,000-27,000 dependant on experience

Office Angels are proudly working with a construction business in their eighth decade to recruit for an experienced administrator to support their H&S and Customer Care departments.

This role would suit someone with a construction background who is lookingfor a supportive, well-established employer.


The role:


  • Provide administrative support to H&S department
  • Update RAMS with details for new jobs
  • Arrange H&S training for colleagues
  • Ensure necessary documents and training are kept up to date
  • Arrange necessary documentation for new starters
  • Provide general admin support to colleagues where needed
  • Take incoming calls and direct as required
  • Take responsibility for incoming customer calls
  • Arrange customer appointments

To be successful, you will:


  • Have an outgoing and tenacious personality
  • Able to manage an everchanging workload
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • A background in construction is preferred
  • Knowledge of H&S policy is preferred but not essential

In return, you will be entitled to:

  • An annual salary of £25,000-27,000 depending on experience
  • Working hours of Monday to Friday 08:0016:30
