A leading manufacturer of chains and wire shapes is actively seeking a Toolmaker & Setter to join their production team.

Training on current machinery will be provided by our Master toolmaker/setter.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ideally be apprentice trained.
• Proficiency on machines from CNC controlled to belt driven 4 slides.
• Turning.
• Milling.
• Grinding
• Heat treatment of tooling
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Work alone and as part of a team
• Working within an AS 9100 or ISO 9001 environment
• Innovative & driven
• Strong work ethic
• Flexible and supportive
• Good time management
• Good communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 41 per week


Salary:
£13.00-£15.00 per hour

Experience:

Tool Maker: 5 years (preferred)
