Office Administration
£11.50 (going to £12 after 3 month probation period)


Summary
Hybrid working (computer equipment supplied) - although required to meet in Milton Keynes office once every couple of weeks for team meetings
Hours would be around 09:00 to 15:00 (flexible)


Monday to Friday
hours per week


Below is a rough outline of general duties throughout the week. All training given, most of the tasks are done in excel (so excel skills would be an advantage). Duties can vary on a weekly basis depending on the needs of the business.
**Processing timesheets, expenses and mileage sheets on a weekly basis for up to 50 engineers.

Check for travel arrangements with engineers:
Hotels are often required daily

Flight/ car hire/ airport parking & taxi's


General Admin Duties

Future work to include:

  • Credit Cards (reporting)
  • HR Updating (Record keeping)
  • Pat Testing analyze results and compile reports in excel & adobe (training given)


  • Parking Fines

  • Paying or Appealing where necessary and keeping records.
  • Sage 50 (Training given)
