Customer Service Advisor - Full Training

Duties:

Provide outstanding customer service (face to face) by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with a customercentric approach.
Conduct accurate and efficient customer transactions, upselling where possible.
Ensure a positive experience for customers and always maintain a professional manner.
Maximise sales opportunities through effective upselling of products and services.
Contribute to inventory management, involving tasks such as restocking shelves and monitoring product availability.
Collaborate with team members to collectively achieve store goals and targets.

Qualifications:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to sell products or services.
Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
