Customer Service Advisor - Full Training
Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service (face to face) by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with a customercentric approach.
- Conduct accurate and efficient customer transactions, upselling where possible.
- Ensure a positive experience for customers and always maintain a professional manner.
- Maximise sales opportunities through effective upselling of products and services.
- Contribute to inventory management, involving tasks such as restocking shelves and monitoring product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to collectively achieve store goals and targets.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to sell products or services.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
