Due to year-on-year growth due to international expansion, our clientis offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a highly articulate, well presented and tech savvy individual to join their technical team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain critical cloudbased infrastructure, servers and database, including the recording of installations and upgrades in AzureDevOps
Collaborate regularly with the development deployment team to keep abreast of Agile Software Development Life Cycle progress
Attend stakeholder sites with Implementation Consultants to better understand varying business models and software requirements
Attend SCRUMs and meetings with the Technical Services department, whilst making suggestions for improvement based on customer feedback and data analytic findings and producing progress reports to Project teams and stakeholders
Provide remote technical support to customers to ensure call logs are documented thoroughly via CRM database system
Configurate opensource software platforms and add fields based on customer requests
Analyse and extract data analytic performance reports from SQL and Oracle servers
Assist with continuous improvement methodology and emerging technology roll outs

Skills & Experience

Knowledge and experience of cloud infrastructure implementation (Microsoft Azure)
Proven Oracle database administration experience (versions 11g19c)
Ability to query and produce SQL reports
In depth knowledge and understanding of software development and DevOps lifecycle
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Enthusiastic about working with the latest innovations in software technology
