The Integrated Physical and Sensory Service support children with special educational needs in schools throughout Hull, helping them to realise their full potential.

We are recruiting an Assessment and Technical Officer who will work closely with children and young people, settings and teachers.


As an Assessment and Technical Officer, you will visit children and young people, assessing their IT access and providing technical support.

The ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with children of all ages is essential, as is an understanding of SEND.

You will create and deliver bespoke training to children and staff in the use of specialist ICT hardware and software, resolve issues with equipment and adapt technology for use by children with SEND.

You must be able to travel to different sites throughout the city.
