Compassionate First Home Care is seeking a kind and profoundly patient individual to join our growing team as a Home Care Assistant in Stratford Upon-Avon & surrounding areas.


Please be aware that due to the nature of this job, you will be expected to travel around Stratford upon Avon and surrounding areas to visit individual customer homes.


In this role, you will:


  • Patiently provide highquality care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, demonstrating exceptional patience as you tailor your care to their individual needs and preferences.
  • Work as part of a closeknit team, collaborating with other care staff and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients, all while maintaining your incredible patience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation with careful attention to detail.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Exceptionally patient and understanding, especially when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Kind, compassionate, and reliable.
  • A good communicator and team player.
  • Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous care experience is desirable, but
    not essential. We provide comprehensive training and support to all our staff, including indepth training on fostering exceptional patience in caregiving.

  • Competitive salary of £13.10 per hour increasing to £13.50 on the weekend.
