Management Accountant

Basic salary £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
**Location: Bicester

**A great opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Management Accountant. You will be working closely with the Divisional Finance Director and Finance Manager. If you are looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role:

You will be accountable for the preparation of monthly Management and Financial Accounts for a set group of cost centres. This includes KPIs, margin analysis, variance and trend analysis, reconciliations and forecasts. This also includes the computationand journal processing of prepayments, accruals, CAPEX / depreciation as well as balance sheet reconciliations and royalty/commission/plan related calculations.
You're responsible for budgets and forecasts, working closely with operational managers
We're also looking for you to help improve and develop the financial procedures and processes of the business to ensure the company's growth
You'll be responsible for Inter Company reconciliations, accurate and timely sales reconciliation of operational reports, cash flow management and maintaining fixed asset registers and provide support for payment runs.

The Person:

You will be certified in ACCA / CIMA intermediate/PQ or Finalist
We're looking for someone with several years of experience in a finance role
You will have used accounting software and be confident using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
It's also important that you have solid communication skills, both written and verbal; superior attention to detail and organisational skills

The Package:

A basic salary of between £35,00 and £40,000 is available depending on experience
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Free onsite parking
Fulltime hours, Monday to Friday (40 per week)
