My client - a Leading independent Estate Agent requires a Senior Branch Manager to help drive market share, maximise revenue and grow the property register.

Based in Luton, this is a superb opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager with a demonstrable historyof delivering exceptional service and leading teams to success.


Responsibilities for this Senior Branch Manager will include:

  • Create the largest active market share in the area
  • Develop exceptional business relationships with clients and internal departments
  • Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
  • Manage performance of the staff conducting through 1:1's, performance reviews and morning meetings
  • Be the influencer of positive results and lead your team with effective planning and actions
