In this role you will have a chance to work directly with and become a valued member of our small team (local and virtual) and be mentored by Campaign Managers and CRO analysts who've managed multiple millions of pounds in ad spend.

In this role you will have the chance to:

• Learn how to build successful and profitable funnels for paid advertising campaigns
• Analyse data on a daily basis and use what you find to develop ideas with our team and improve campaign performance
• Optimise website performance to drive more sales for one of our ecommerce brands, using engaging video content and copywriting. For which we will provide full training.
• Learn and use copywriting skills to create highperforming sales videos and web pages.
• Brainstorm with the team to develop new marketing angles and creative ideas
• Work directly with creators and video editors to create engaging content for the website.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the campaign management (e.g. providing briefs for video editors, creating reports on page performance etc.)
• Learn optimisation and splittesting and use it to improve online conversions

Salary

Salary:
£18,000 to £25,000 depending on experience

We reward our employees for hard work and in this role there will be the opportunity for your pay to increase as your skills develop and the performance of your advertising campaigns improves.
