We are looking to recruit a Receptionist / Accounts person for our friendly family run business which has been trading for over 16 years.
The successful applicant will report directly to the Managing Director and the main responsibilities include;- Answering telephone calls and transferring calls to the relevant person.
Oversee the purchase ledger, ensuring purchase ledger invoices match purchase orders issued.
Enter purchase ledger invoices.
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Responsible for sales ledger, ensuring all sales ledger invoices are transferred to our accounts system.
Dealing with customer invoice enquiries.
Issuing copy sales ledger invoices to customers
Ensuring all relevant customer information is obtained and set up on the accounting/billing system for new customers.
Staff wages and timesheet checking.
Excellent communicator across all levels.
Work well as part of a team and as an individual Be flexible, personable and an enthusiastic individual, who is PC literate.
Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
