About the Company
Our client is an internationally recognised air filtration specialist who has been expanding its commercial facility. Due to company growth, they are seeking a Sales Manager to join their growing team.

Sales Manager - Requirements

  • Engineering or technical disciplines
  • Chemical engineering (specific to gas management)
  • Highly organised individual
  • Good aptitude for computerised systems
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in the capital sales of engineered equipment

Sales Manager - Responsibilities

  • The position will manage capital sales and aftermarket with retrofits for these market segments.
  • The position will develop sales for the targeted markets in the targeted region.


  • New Business Development

  • Increase Market Shares through developing & establishing relationships with End Users, Mechanical Consultants, M&E Contractors & Main Contractors. Proactively seek leads and new opportunities within the target market.
  • Sales KPI's Maintain and grow sales pipeline. Achieve Sales Revenue Targets. Develop & Maintain Customer relationships.


  • Account Management

  • Proactively manage a designated geographical area, including existing accounts


  • Technical

  • Undertake site surveys and compile technical reports
  • Design and calculate airflow & pressures within systems using detailed knowledge of relevant standards and processes
  • Have the ability to provide/create customer solutions and think outside of the box when creating a solution.
  • Provide and calculate cost analysis for each project quotation and maintain margins.
  • Update and maintain the CRM System. Including appointments, activities, pipeline, client contact /information.


  • Forecasting

  • Use CRM to accurately provide monthly and long term sales forecasts. Utilise client relationships and industry knowledge to stay close to projects and understand the buying process. Forecasts should be provided at monthly 121's and salesmeetings, along with detailed project information.
