Reception SEN Teaching Assistant | The Job

  • SEND Primary Teaching Assistant role in Blackburn
  • Fulltime, Term-Time position, Monday
  • Friday, 8.30am 3:30pm
  • Immediate starts available | £ £12 per hour
  • SEND Primary Teaching Assistant based in EYFS

Reception SEN Teaching Assistant | Job Specification

  • Minimum of a Level 2 qualification within childcare
  • Strong A-Level and GCSE grades
  • Experience of working with children with SEND, ideally ASD,
- speech and language needs and SEMH needs

  • Training related to SEND e.g. Autism Awareness; Zones of
  • Regulation; Team Teach (safe handling)
  • Experience of working 1:1 or with small groups
  • Experience of using visual resources, including visual
- timetables; now & next boards; check lists

  • Experience of/training in phonics & early reading
  • Interest in Autism, Speech and Language

Acting as a work-finding service, M2 Education has a diverse range of primary schools in Preston, Chorley, Leyland and surrounding areas.

We are looking for Experienced, NQT and ECT's to assist in support Primary aged children in arrange of year groups.
