Exams Officer (Fixed term until 31st August)

21 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (2 weeks of which will be during exam results)

Salary:
£12,073 - £13, 079 pro rata (actual)


(£24,000-£26,000 FTE)


Woodbridge School is looking to appoint a competent, methodical and highly organised Examinations Officer to start as soon as possible.


Reporting to the Deputy Head Academic, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of policy, delivery and management reporting of public examinations and mock examinations within Woodbridge School.

You will be expected to work during external and internal exam periods. Specific date will be discussed at the interview.


You will also be responsible for recruitment, training, timetabling and monitoring a team of exam invigilators responsible for the conduct of exams.

This is a varied and, at times, very busy role.

We are looking for somebody who is prepared to work flexibly over the year in line with examination timetable requirements, who can self-manage, display utmost discretion, and who has meticulous attention to detail.

Previous experience within a school/educational/exams environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
