Description
MLC Partners are working with a renowned global healthcare charity to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for an initial period of 10-12 months to cover an internal secondment, with the likelihood of extension following this.
The role willsuit someone who has led complex FP&A functions previously and is looking for a new challenge in an organisation going through change.
Reporting into the Director of FP&A, the main responsibilities of the role are:- Working with the business partnering team to provide insightful analysis of the monthly management accounts for the exec team.
- Lead the global budgeting and forecasting process, supporting international teams with training where necessary.
- Support the director with the procurement of a new business planning tool and drive systems improvement across the organisation.
- Maintain and improve the Excel tools used by stakeholders, ensuring they are fully updated and accurate to the ongoing organisational change.
- Be highly proficient in Excel, including the use of compound formulas and ideally Macros and VBA.
- Have a recognised finance qualification or be QBE, with a commercial approach able to manage conflicting priorities.
- Understand the need to flex communication style, ensuring complex processes are understood, regardless of the experience levels of various stakeholders.
