The role overview

The role is within the SAP Technology & Software industry which is an attractive and stable market to build a career within internal talent acquisition.
You will join a friendly, fun and small internal Human Resources Team where you will be reporting into the Talent Manager, so you will have sight of wider talent management and HR initiatives with the potential for additional project assignments in the future.
You will play a significant role in driving business growth by providing Talent Acquisition services to support UK & Australian based teams with some occasional resourcing in other areas of the world too.
You will be supported and coached to develop into an expert talent advisor within the industry to build a successful career.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Talent Manager to proactively network, search, and source to identify new talent that could be suitable for positions at The Config Team.
- Create job advert copy, advertise job adverts, and manage the inbound talent pipeline of applicants from job adverts appropriately.
- Responsible for building and maintaining talent pools within the ATS.
- When necessary, assist with internal Talent Management projects.
Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
Essential:
- An understanding of resourcing and wider activities of the Talent Acquisition function.
- Able to articulate job descriptions and present company benefits in an attractive manner.
- Able to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- Experienced with Microsoft Offices packages including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Desirable:
- At least 1 year of talent resourcing experience.
- Experience of resourcing for niche skills such as SAP/ERP, or for roles within technology or the supply chain.
- Experience of working within the IT / Technology Consulting industry.
- Experience working within an internal talent / HR team and recruitment agency.
- Previous HR/business administration experience.
