Job Description:

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday with rotating shifts between 8:00am-5:30pm

Up to £27.000K/ Annual

Baxterstorey is looking for a Corporate Client Services/Hospitality Assistant with excellent customer service skills with an eye for detail for our team based in the City.

Providing an efficient and 5* service all times whilst maintaining immaculate self-presentation.

As the Client Services / Reservations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of client services, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with the Client Services Manager and Assistant Manager to support and execute all aspects of reception and meeting room/hospitality bookings.
