We create unique award winning market leading products, we are a fast-growing ventilation company that love to see people progress.


This role will be to administer and fulfil the Office Based Sales across the business, following enquiries that come into the company.

Full training will be provided.


Roles required are:


  • Responding to enquiries that are made by clients to the office.
  • Building quotations on our CRM system and sending through to a client.
  • Helping customers with servicing offerings for their equipment.
  • Arranging appointments in diaries for our surveyors to attend.
  • Providing customer care to existing clients
  • Processing warranties
  • Processing Returns
  • Regularly update the CRM with relevant information.
  • Handling customer complaints and finding a resolution quickly
  • Handle any customer enquiries relating to products and catering for any after sale questions.

We are looking for the following type of person:Must be articulate and have a pleasing telephone manner.**- Be willing to work as part of the team and help others when needed.

The format of the role will be Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm with 30 minutes lunch break.
