Recovery Support are currently recruiting a
Quality Monitoring Officer to manage the quality and compliance in the Bolton area.

Requirements:

Travelling around the community (
must be a car driver with access to car)
Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the care industry
Must be able to work on own initiative and be able to plan workload and keeping to deadlines
Flexible
Excellent communication skills

Hours:

9am 5pm. Occasional hours outside of these may be required should an assessment, spot check, staff observation etc. be required.
Flexibility with hours/days

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Auditing medication charts online
Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice and identifying and reporting training concerns
Mentoring staff where training needs or practice concerns have been identified
Building relationships with care staff and service users
Dealing with Complaints/ writing responses/ follow ups.
Writing care plans and risk assessments
Conducting regular care reviews

Work remotely

Salary:
£11.00 per hour
