Team
Kennedys' Fraud Team advise on cross-client organised and complex fraud investigations.

The team's work includes managing and coordinating litigation, investigation strategies and individual interests for clients whilst working with industry bodies, such as the Insurance Fraud Bureau (IFB), regulators and the police.

The Fraud Team builds counter fraud strategies to detect and challenge fraudulent claims, ensuring best practice, effective process and measures to deter and prevent fraud.

Required experience

2+ years' suitable insurance or commercial litigation experience. Existing caseload of property risks, product liability and insurance coverage disputes
Running own caseload of multitrack claims and complex work
Experience of litigation and negotiation
