ACCOUNT MANAGER / LISBURN - PERMANENT VACANCY

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment business, are currently recruiting for an Account Manager based in Lisburn on a permanent contract.


Duties as an Account Manager:


To develop and implement the sales plan to deliver the budgeted commercial performance for their customer portfolio, ensuring profitability in line with the objectives of the business.

To maximise nett through margin for through strict adherence to the Commercial policy and exception management.


To build and develop strong, loyal and lasting customer relationships at the highest levels and to conduct regular reviews via face to face & online meetings.

To personally lead commercial negotiations with their customers.


Routinely review and update demand planning tools, in the light of changing market conditions, customer developments and commercial policy direction, in order that timely and accurate forecasts may inform business commercial strategy.


Ensure, through timely resolution of disputes, prompt cash collection and optimal stock profile, that working capital resource is minimised in the servicing of key accounts.


To ensure the market for Steel products is adequately understood by way of market and competitor activity, and that all trends and developments in their sales area are analysed and taken into consideration when preparing short and long term plans.


Act within the limits of authority imposed by the local commercial policy in order that risks to the business are minimised.

Continually demonstrate, through communication and action, that safety is a top priority.


About you:

Commercially driven, results focussed and provides excellent customer service.


Highly developed influencing and diplomatic skills, strong team worker, and capable of interfacing with senior management within the Company and with senior representatives of external organisations.


Exceptional interpersonal, analytical and project management skills coupled with the creative ability to identify avenues of new opportunity for future growth and business expansion.

Ability to operate within and actively manage a matrix environment with its constituent levels of complexity and ambiguity.
