Job description

Planning and Supply Chain Administrator:

Daily Responsibilities.

Manually adding and Processing Customer Orders
Send orders to 3rd party haulage partners
Dispatching orders through 3rd Party Despatch
Issuing daily production & collection plans
Communicate issues with deliveries, shortage/late to customer efficiently
Updating databases/spreadsheets such as pallet distribution, service levels, shortage reports etc.
Escalate issues in supply chain such as failed deliveries/collections to supervisor
Communication Internally Daily with the production and Despatch Team
Using sage to Record Finished product/Orders/Dispatches
Improve communication across functional teams (internally/externally)
Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards
Weekly Reconciliations on stocks
Weekly Report processing and communicating to the business

Attributes:

Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and demands in line with business objectives.
Good Communication skills and ability to extract the key issues from the available data and report it within the team in a clear and concise manner.
Proficient using a range of Microsoft office.
Proficient with using data.
Literate in English,
Self-Motivated and proactive
Attention to detail
Preferred Experience with Sage.
