Description
Your wellbeing and delivering great Salesforce results for customers go hand-in-hand

You don't have to be all yoga, meditation & vegan cuisine to understand the importance of prioritizing yourself.

That may be a strange thing to read in a job advert, but this is a company where 'people-focused' isn't just a buzzword.

You can be working with clients who aren't in it for the money, but looking out for their members. Using your Salesforce knowledge to help empower non-profits with CRM systems that allow them to focus on their missions.

You'll be part of a team with empathy at its core. This is a supportive, relaxed and collaborative environment where no person is an island. You're treated as a person not just a resource, enabling you to fulfil your potential.

Sustainability for staff is practiced and not just preached.

Alongside the flexibility of remote working, you'll also be able to maintain your other life commitments with the freedom to structure your working hours around your personal life.

Your health & development will also be supported with paid gym memberships (up to £100per month), commitment to regular reflective processes and funding & support for relevant training (e.g.

Agile 2) and certifications.

As a Salesforce Consultant you'll be client-facing, understanding their business needs and translating these into the most appropriate technical solutions.

You'll really be able to use your expertise to give valuable guidance.

You'll be joining a 22-strong team which includes some of the strongest technical consultants in this field, so you won't need any NPSP experience as long as you've had some exposure to working with non-profits in the past.

The solutions will mainly be based on Sales Cloud and you'll be getting very hands-on with configuring and building elements yourself.

So you'll enjoy the satisfaction of seeing your consulting work come to life.

You'll be free from rigid corporate structure here, with a flat hierarchy that means your voice will be heard and you'll be an equal part of the team, working closely with Business Analysts and Project managers.

This is also a chance to develop your capabilities as a Senior by mentoring other staff. Lone wolves need not apply.

The role will offer a salary up to £60,000 with growth opportunities into more operational responsibility and the confidence that you'll be part of a virtuous cycle delivering good results for you, your colleagues and non-profits alike.
