Team Leader - Nights

5 days a week midnight - 7am, Wednesday to Monday

Pay £11.23 per hour

Temporary Ongoing


Daily Tasking would include:

  • Managing the Warehouse team to deliver packing operation and standards.
  • Managing distribution of Newspapers by selfemployed contractors with the support of
  • Deputy Night Manager and Night Manager.
  • Supervise picking and checking process for accuracy and to ensure customers' orders are fulfilled.
  • Full adherence to health and safety policy and procedures.
  • Managing the daily work plan.
  • Adherence to stock management systems.

Essential Skills required of Warehouse Team Leader:

  • Good communication, team working and motivational skills (able to lead team huddles)
  • Ability to work within a fastpaced environment.
  • Good numeracy, literacy, and ICT skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
