Job Opportunity - HR Business Partner
Venn Group are currently working on a position with a highly regarded healthcare organisation, based in Cambridgeshire, to source an interim HR Business Partner for the following assignment:

Contract: 6 months


Rate:
£ Holiday pay per hour

Hours: 37.5 per week


Your duties will include:


  • Supporting a generalist OD & HR Business Partner Team function to identify directorates across the organisation
  • Developing creative approaches and solutions to improve the recruitment, onboarding, induction and retention of staff
  • Managing and supporting effective use of electronic staff records throughout the organisation and ensuring the delivery of effective payroll processes
  • Overseeing the delivery of effective and efficient Recruitment and Retention processes ensuring organisation wide compliance with Recruitment Standards
  • Developing processes for effective onboarding, induction and retention of staff
  • Manage processes for pay band reviews and job matching
  • Working alongside finance and payroll colleagues to support the delivery of effective and timely payroll processes
  • Supporting managers and staff with employment and pay enquiries
  • Ensuring that employee relations issues are taken into account by managers to reflect the organisations commitment to people as their most important asset
  • Ensuring that grievance and disciplinary procedures are complied with by managers, and that information is available to individuals and managers to ensure that the process is fair and equitable
  • Supporting the organisation to comply with employment legislation, proactively advising management of the implications of new legislation and developing policies and procedures to reflect these changes
  • CIPD/Post Graduate Degree or equivalent experience to masters level
  • Generalist HR experience
  • Experience of managing recruitment and selection processes and teams
  • Working knowledge in organisation development
  • Experience supporting and advising line managers on areas of employment law, employment relations and performance management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with people of all levels
  • High levels of motivation, and a resourceful and proactive approach
