Team Leader

Wild Recruitment have an opportunity for a Team Leader based in Gosport in logistics services and supply chain management. Their client base ranges from large universal corporations to smaller more localised industries. These include storage and distribution,production services.

They have a systems in place that can link to other warehousing solutions. By sending orders to other locations to support operations.

We are now recruiting for a Team Leader, reporting directly to the Warehouse foreman. The team Leader will work within the warehouse department, supervising and managing a team.


Package and Benefits include:
- £23,850 per annual

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure customer deliveries are for filled in time and high quality
  • Lead, coach and mentor a team and individuals
  • Dealing with customer feedback awareness and customer focus

About you:

  • Previous managing and supervising experience
  • Adapting to change on a day to day base
  • Comfortable with being a peoples person
  • Take ownership of issues and suggest solutions
