Responsibilities:


  • Processing and Entering Sales Invoices and Purchase Invoices on Sage
  • Maintain accurate financial records (i.e. purchase and sales ledgers)
  • Posting bank payments and other financial transactions
  • Assist with the preparation of month end accounts
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Processing of Accruals and Prepayments
  • Entering Journals
  • Payroll Support
  • Provide administrative support to the accounts team
  • Maintain customer accounts and records.

Qualifications and Skills required:


  • AAT or equivalent preferred
  • Qualified by Experience will be considered
  • Good understanding of Excel/Spreadsheets
  • Experience with Sage
