Responsibilities:
- Processing and Entering Sales Invoices and Purchase Invoices on Sage
- Maintain accurate financial records (i.e. purchase and sales ledgers)
- Posting bank payments and other financial transactions
- Assist with the preparation of month end accounts
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Processing of Accruals and Prepayments
- Entering Journals
- Payroll Support
- Provide administrative support to the accounts team
- Maintain customer accounts and records.
Qualifications and Skills required:
- AAT or equivalent preferred
- Qualified by Experience will be considered
- Good understanding of Excel/Spreadsheets
- Experience with Sage
