Health Care Assistant Salary**:
£24,178 per annum, including market supplement.

Location:
Baycroft Flitwick

Hours & Shift Pattern: 36 hours per week, Day staff required.
8am-8pm 3x 12 hour shifts per week including alternate weekends.

Assisting our residents with their daily personal care needs whilst promoting their dignity and individuality.
Working as part of a strong, talented team.
Helping our residents with their hygiene, mobility and physical comfort.
Reporting to our dedicated nursing team regarding any illness, accident or event incurred by our residents, colleagues or visitors.
Undertaking observations of our residents and documenting this as necessary in their care plans.
Having a positive and friendly disposition.
Offering ongoing comfort to our residents who may be ill or requiring care at the end of their life, whilst making sure that their religious or cultural needs are fulfilled.

Please note:
this role will require an enhanced DBS and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
