Description

This interesting, fast growing business services company is looking for people with
_excellent communication skills, good planning and organizing skills and B2B customer communication experience_ to develop a career in client facing _
project management_ for SaaS solutions.

_
You may already be working as a project manager_ or project co ordinator, or in a PMO role.

_
Alternatively you may be looking for a career transition_ from SaaS implementations, or helpdesk or B2B customer success / customer service related roles.


_Hybrid based, work from home plus two days a week in the Surrey office. _Salary £40k to £50k pa depending on experience plus benefits including onsite restaurant for breakfast and lunch.

In this project manager role you will:


  • _plan, manage and organize projects_including SaaS software platforms and service delivery
-
_manage relationships with client contacts at all levels,_ in varied roles including
_HR, Recruitment, Talent Management,_ IT and senior leadership
-
_use your communication, persuasion and influencing skills_ to manage customer expectations and manage projects to deadlines and budgets delivering a successful go live
-
_be mentored and access training_ in the solutions and in project methodology and governance
-
_work as part of a supportive and collaborative team_ with other PMs and business and technical consultants
- support and be supported by colleagues in the Surrey office by attending one or two days a week (more if you prefer) and when working from home

We are looking for
- work experience in a B2B role that entails _
communication with clients_
- excellent_
verbal communication skills, and relationship building skills_
-
_confidence, tenacity_, ability to set and manage customer expectations
-
_interest in and aptitude for systems_ (this is not a highly technical role)
-
_strong organization, time management, planning__
and documentation_ skills
- _
self starter mentality,_ able to take the initiative, learn, network and tap into available support and mentoring
- motivation to develop a career as a PM

Useful additional experience and skills includes any of:

  • previous project management, PMO or project co ordination experience
- experience with SaaS software implementation or support
- familiarity with
client contacts in HR, Recruitment or people development roles and business processes

_foreign language skills_ for example French, German, Italian, Arabic or others in EMEA region
