Working in tandem with Our Client


Working in our busy extrusion department, you shall be responsible for working with various machinery working to tight deadlines.


Our Client based in Bangor, Northern Ireland, established over 40 years and is known globally for being the first company in the world to produce machine made tubing for hospitality industry.


NIGHT SHIFT 7pm - 7am - £14.87 PER HOUR




HOLIDAY PAY:
£1.55 Per hour




PENSION:
3%

Applicants should be self-motivated, able to work as part of a team, be willing to undertake further training and be able to work a pattern of 12hr rotating shifts (day and night) which may include weekends.


Role:


  • Manufacture of customer orders
  • Ensure all production procedures and processes are followed to ensure good quality product
  • Identify any errors or faults and take appropriate action to rectify
  • Report any faults or issues to Team Leader
  • Reporting of production and quality data in line with manufacturing specifications
  • Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work environment
  • Adhere to all company H&S guidelines
  • Other duties as required by Line Manager

Criteria:


  • Minimum 1 years production/manufacturing experience within last 3 years in a busy/fast moving shopfloor
  • Hands on experience of following processes to manufacture product (reading of specifications and recording data)
  • Experience of operating various types of production machinery (ability to use measuring equipment)
  • GCSE Maths and English (C grade or above) or equivalent
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in different production departments where required
  • Ability to work shifts
