Description

Duties:


  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and potential issues
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective project execution
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of project risks and issues
  • Support project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project deliverables
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement in project processes

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in project coordination or related roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as Basecamp or similar software
  • Knowledge of content management systems and product development processes
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings
  • Familiarity with cost control measures and budget management
  • Strong problemsolving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions
