Description
Our client is an off-shore law firm seeking to hire a Compliance Administrator to join their team in Southampton.

In this role, you will be responsible for administrating the customer due diligence required for the new client intake process and supporting partners and fee earners to meet their regulatory obligations.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing matters, establishing who the client is, and any beneficial owners/controllers
  • Establishing what CDD is required to meet regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring the CDD process for each matter and updating daily
  • Carrying out opensource searches and taking appropriate action in line with processes and procedures
  • Carrying out client risk assessments for each matter
  • Updating the database to allow for ongoing sanctions screening
  • Maintaining the electronic CDD filing system

Salary:
Up to £40,000.00 per year
