Our client now have an exciting opportunity to join their business as Trainee
IT Support Technicians through a rewarding and nationally recognised apprenticeship programme

Role:

Operations support, which may include connecting users to the network
Checking systems are updated and that automated updates have been applied
Supporting partners out in the field (you on the phone, supporting a partner who is on site)Implementing allnew customers
Assist with providing customer demonstrations and training on the software where required

Requirements:

GCSE's in Maths and English as a minimum (A-Levels, NVQs, Diplomas or Foundation degrees are highly desirable)
Strong interest in
IT and keen to develop your skills
Fantastic people and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
