Graduate Cover Supervisor to join an esteemed educational institution in

Skegness in September or October 2023.

As a

Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a productive and organized learning environment in the absence of regular teaching staff. Your presence and guidance will ensure that students continue to learn and engage with their studies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring that students remain on task and adhere to school policies.
Deliver preprepared lessons and instructions to students, ensuring a smooth continuation of the learning process.
Support students in their studies and respond to questions or concerns they may have.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
Collaborate with fellow staff members to maintain consistency and uphold educational standards.

Requirements:

A passion for education and a desire to contribute positively to students' learning experiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
A graduate degree in a relevant field.
