Leisure Assistant
Kings Fitness & Leisure are looking for a Leisure Assistant to join our team.


About the Role

You will perform various operational, cleaning and customer service tasks as part of a friendly team at a Leisure club in Cheddar, with a view to development and growing your skill set with industry specific qualifications.

You will be required to complete a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and on the completion of a probationary period, you will have the opportunity to work towards other qualifications such as Level 1 Swim Teaching
Assistant. As part of your role you will set up and set down various activities within the Club and support other departments in the day to day operation of a thriving
Leisure Club.


You will also:

• Ensure that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
• Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously
• Assist other departments and support as needed

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Excellent attention to detail with good verbal and written communication skills
• Vibrant personality, ability to work independently and use initiative
• To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
• A 'can do' attitude and a passion for brand standards, service and cleanliness.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred, full site training will be provided

Your covering letter should be no more than two A4 pages and demonstrate your skills and passion to be a successful member of the team.

Salary:
£16,591.90-£22,071.09 per year
