Resident Experience Associate

Temp to Perm

Salford

4 on and 4 off Shift Pattern

12 Hours 7am-7pm

Salary:
£25,000 per annum

Bonus: 10% yearly bonus
Our prestigious build-to-rent company is seeking a Resident Experience Associate to join our team in Salford. Our building features a collection of luxurious apartments and boasts exceptional amenities and customer service.

We are looking for a dedicated and people-oriented individual to help us maintain our high standards and achieve our goals.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
Conduct viewings with potential residents and provide uptodate information
Promote a friendly and communityoriented atmosphere
Address and resolve resident issues and service requests in a timely and professional manner
Process payments and monitor and chase rent arrears according to company procedures
Provide information and recommendations for the local area
Maintain positive resident reviews on various online platforms
Update social media accounts
Assist with planning and hosting networking events
Manage reception and communal areas
Support with compliance testing and recording in line with company health and safety policies

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the buildtorent, purposebuilt student accommodation, or hospitality industry
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
IT proficiency, including MS Office and relevant software
Experience with social media in a work environment
