Hello, my name is Nancy, and I am the Service Manager at Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust (RCHT) within the Acute & Emergency Medicine Care Group.

Do you love working with information and data with a passion for attention to detail? I am now recruiting a Administration Lead (Data & Analytics) to work within our forward thinking Care Group.


As a Care Group, we are extremely supportive of each other and value mindful leadership that keeps a healthy workforce and work environment at the foundations of all that we do.

To support the Care Group with the performance of the waiting lists, demand and capacity, local targets and be responsible for data quality across multiple speciality areas

To help support the data & analytics needs and objectives of the Care Group. To be responsible for analysing a range of activity and data.

To work closely with the Service Manager, Deputy Performance & Operations Managers and General Manager provide accurate, high quality and robust data; influencing the decision making processes of both managers and clinicians and the planning of local services and patient care.

To provide the Care Group with regular data validation across multiple speciality areas

To manage the Administration Team for a speciality area within the Care Group.

Day to day line management and professional supervision to Medical Secretaries and booking teams will be required, ensuring best practice and adherence to Trust policies and procedures is always maintained.

The main duties of this job description are explained. However, these will continue to evolve to meet corporate objectives and NHS targets.


The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust (RCHT) is the main provider of acute and specialist care services in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
